Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): We ship via DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50): We ship via EMS. Your order will typically arrive within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority at Sunnydaze Decor. We want you to love your new outdoor oasis as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

Quick Overview

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and specific return shipping instructions.
  3. Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your replacement product.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Refund Timeline and Method

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we will ship the new item to you. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flowers & Plants: Due to their perishable nature.
  • Insect & Pest Control: For safety and sanitary reasons.
  • Composters & Rain Barrels: Once used, these items cannot be resold.
  • Opened or used products of any kind for health and hygiene reasons.
  • Items not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you, including covering return shipping fees.
